YIN YOGA – Rejuvenate Retreat
Our busy Fall schedules can leave us feeling exhausted and stressed. Why not make some time in your life to spend a weekend taking care of yourself - your family, friends, co-workers and you, will notice a significant shift in attitude and energy after a weekend at Shanti.
The practice of yin yoga, characterized by it’s long relaxed holds, is the best way to replenish our energy store house when we feel overworked. The practice itself is relaxing and peaceful while the outcome is a body that is bursting with energy and a mind that is clear and bright.
Over the weekend we will manipulate the flow of energy through asana, meditation, pranayama and intention. Create space in your body, mind and heart and leave this retreat feeling whole again.
Amenities include: infrared sauna, wifi, wellness tea bar, canoes, kayaks, hammocks, a labyrinth, walking and cycling routes.

9:30 - 11:30AM: Yin Yoga Class
(Liver/Gall Bladder Sequence)
4PM - 6PM: Yin Yoga Class (Stomach/Spleen Sequence)
8:00PM: Yoga Nidra
8:30AM - 10:00 AM: Yin Yoga Class
(Heart Small Intestine and Lung Large Intestine Sequence)
10:30 AM: Shanti’s Signature Brunch
12PM: Check Out
