Working one-on-one with a yoga therapist is the best way to address your personal needs. Aches and pains that you have learned to live with can often be minimized or released completely by working with me for only a few weeks. Mental and emotional obstacles can also be transformed into joy and inspiration as the science of yoga address you as a whole - body, mind and spirit.
I will assess your posture, your emotional landscape and your history and together come up with a short - easy to execute routine that you can add to your 'take care of me regimen'. Often only a few visits are necessary to find the techniques that are the best for you to practice on your own. Prescriptions are often less than 15 minutes long and if practiced 3-5 times a week can put an end to expensive trips to the chiropractors and physiotherapists. You play an active part in your healing and staying on course. As your needs change we can create a new routine for you to enjoy.
It is common to leave a Teacher Training Program overwhelmed and unprepared to teach. Working one on one with a senior teacher is an incredible way to learn how to teach in a safe and inspiring way.
Together, you and I will create a bespoke program designed especially for you. During your initial consultations we will discover and outline all the areas you wish to explore further or brush-up on. We will create a safe environment to make mistakes, try new things and help you find your authentic voice as a teacher.
